About this webinar: Succession Planning is a necessary and critical strategic step in ensuring the long-term success of ADRCs. From the Core Leadership level to the Center Director, it is important to have a formal plan in place. This webinar explores the succession planning experiences of Center Core Leaders, Administrators and Directors who have recently gone through a leadership transition. The panel discussion will explore key components to plan for, proactively identifying and mentoring future leaders, managing an effective transition and more. This webinar is organized by NACC and the ADRC Administrators Steering Committee.  

Succession Planning is a requirement of the P30 RFA. It is recommended that all ADRCs and Cores attend this webinar.
